catfish & the bottlemen
we’ve had sex to this CD
a hundred times
memorised the sighs and moans
of the lyrics
as well as the ones
i excite from you
the fancy fingering on guitar
that you play
so lithely
on your bass
not too different from the notes
you pull and tug
from my strings
take me along for
the ride
the climax –
a beautiful meshing of drums
pounding harder
and faster
and an abrupt finish
so long awaited
yet so
unexpected
in its finality
silence breathe
Hi! Love this piece, but I noticed you’ve copied the first few sentences of your about page from me. If you’re going to keep it up, could you please credit me? Otherwise I’d like you to remove it, as I worked hard on it!

Yeah, I caught it! Black don't marry, only white folks get ma.Needrrumbirs, numbers, numbers. I checked again, and 72% of black babies are born out of wedlock, versus 28% of white babies. Both rates are higher than I had thought they were, but the black rate is much higher than the white rate.
